Correction

In the May issue of Nutraceuticals World there was a news item regarding Carolwood MSM and its recently achieved GRAS status. Halton Health, Inc., distributors of CarolwoodMSM, would like to clarify the following statement contained in the release: “Lignisul MSM is the only brand of MSM that has undergone third party testing, as well as safety and clinical research trials.” According to Brad Lang, technical director, Halton Health, Inc., “We intended to communicate that Lignisul was the only brand of MSM that had undergone the scrutiny of third party testing and peer review required for achieving GRAS status. Please note that other companies manufacturing MSM also do third-party testing of their product, as well as safety and clinical research trials.”
